User Reviews about Snow Joe Ultra 622U1 19-Inch 13-Amp Electric Snow Thrower
I really like this Snow Thrower. The assembly was quick and easy. It took me about 10 minutes to get it ready to go.
My first use was in about 6 inches of snow and it did a pretty good job. The snow was so deep, though, that the thrower
had a little trouble clearing so I went over my driveway twice. A week later I had a 4 inch snowfall and the results were
much better.
I have to admit, it is a bit of a hassle dealing with the extension cord. But is is quiet and easy to maneuver.
I am very happy with it. -- Great for price.
My old Craftsman Electric snowblower worked well for over 17 years, but it stopped working when I was 3/4 done with the first of 3 blizzards this past month. Parts were no longer available for my Craftsman, so I looked for an equivalent replacement. The Snow Joe arrived the day before the third blizzard and worked beautifully in clearing over 100 feet of driveway. -- Snow Joe to the Rescue
SNOW JOE IS MY FIRST SNOW THROWER AND IT WORKED GREAT ON 4 INCHES OF SNOW, NOT SURE ON HOW IT WILL DO ON DEEPER SNOW YET. THE DIRECTIONS WERE NOT VERY CLEAR ON ASSEMBLY BUT ITS NOT HARD TO PUT TOGETHER. FOR THE AMOUNT OF DOLLARS SPENT I FEEL I GOT A GREAT BUY. -- electric snow thrower
I bought it at the tail end of the blizzard of 2010 (we had 52"). When it arrived all that was left unshoveled of the snow was the icy hard pack and the snow plow mounds. I was a bit leery trying it out on the hard pack/icy snow. But it worked very well. The snow was deeper then the 10" clearance so I did it in layers. I had no problems at all. It passed the initial test with flying colors. -- Just used it once so far but impressed
