I found the "Sno Brum" to work well especially with pushing the snow of of the roof of an SUV. No need to climb on the running board and take three times more time to get the snow off. It seems to be strong enough to handle the job for a number of years. Just take into consideration that it is not meant for breaking through ice and hard crusted snow. Faster & easier snow removal, should of had one years ago! -- Great for Use on SUVs!!

The Sno Brum device worked well for its intended application, to prevent ice dams on a slate root in an area of Columbus, Ohio. I added PVC pipe extensions to reach three sides of the roof from a work site near the hip of the hip roof. I bought the SNo Brum a few years ago as a gift for some family members. I thought I was ordering the same one but apparently the "professional grade" means extra big. The piece that wipes off the snow is the same but the handle is way too long so it is impossible to store in your car. The Sno Brum is the most effective snow removal tool for use on a SUV. It does not get jammed with ice as a broom does. It provides adequate reach to allow compliance with laws requiring that snow be removed from automobiles.
